Attention all customers-
Upon receiving this invoice you accept the terms & conditions set down by Linn Rover and their suppliers.
All sales are strictly C.O.D, No accounts will be held.
The title of the goods shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full.
Any warranty held does not cover incorrect fitting, misuse, motor sport or use with modified vehicles.
Linn Rover does not take any responsibility for any injury or fitting costs you incur.
The risk of the goods supplied passes to the buyer upon being placed on transport.
Transport fees are payable by the purchaser. Linn Rover does not cover transport costs.
Returned items via freight are at buyer’s own cost. All returns must be accompanied with sales invoice and in original sale condition.
Credit card fees will not be refunded, as we will still be charged for the original transaction.
Lay-bys:
Deposit of 25% up front is required upon lay-buying an item.
Payments are required each week at a minimum of 10%.
If payment on items is not made after two weeks item will be put back up for resale and any monies collected will not be refunded.
Maximum lay-by period is one month on items under $500.00 and two months on items over $501.00. Lay-by must be finalised by the due date.
All lay-by items will still remain the property of Linn rover until the final purchase payment is made
Items cannot be taken until final payment is made.
Items will only be exchanged for another or refunded if they are faulty. Money will not be refunded if you change your mind or if the item was incorrectly described by the purchaser. However a store credit may be offered if eligible.
Individual items will not be separated from a lay-by until final payment has been received.
Once you received your item/s the normal terms & conditions apply.
Minimum transaction of $100.00 applies.
Warranty:
Pre-owned parts-
Please be aware that the items purchased from Linn Rover are pre owned parts.
Therefore items only carry an initial 48 hours fault warranty.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of sale.
No returns accepted unless items can be proven faulty, in which an exchange for a similar value item or store credit will be provided.
Please be aware we do not return items due to change of mind or false diagnosis.
New parts-
New/ Genuine parts 12months-20,000kms
New/ Aftermarket parts 6months – 10,000kms
Reconditioned parts 6months – 10,000kms
All returns or warranty claims must be accompanied by its original sales invoice.
Parts returned that were correctly supplied are eligible only for a store credit with in 14days.
Items will not be returned once removed from packaging or fitting to vehicle unless faulty.
No credit will be given on electrical items, especially E.C.U’s, B.E.C.U’s and control units
All warranty claims are limited to faulty parts only and does not cover labour costs, incidentals or consequential loss or damage. If parts are sold onto a third party then proof of sale must be provided, e.g. copy on invoice.
All warranty claims must provide licence number of mechanic or supervising mechanic.
No warranty claim will be processed until parts are paid for in full.
Returned items are at customers own cost.
All sales are final.
